Kyrgyzstan: 2-year-old baby dies of rabies in Osh

On Thu 14 Sep 2006, a 2-year-old child died suddenly in the Osh
Regional [Oblast] Children's Hospital. The child was from the village
of Madin in the Karasuy district. A physician stated that the child
had been admitted following a bite and had been diagnosed as a case of rabies.
